Email us
The quickest way to reach us is by email. We read every message, though we cannot always reply individually.
Useful things to include
- The address of the page you are writing about.
- What you think is wrong or missing, and a link to an official source if you have one.

What we cannot help with
We are not connected to any game, platform, leaderboard or tournament, so we cannot recover accounts, verify runs, change results or handle refunds. Please contact the service concerned directly. If you are worried about a child's safety online, the NSPCC and the UK Safer Internet Centre offer advice, and in an emergency call 999.
