UK GDPR
Privacy notice
We collect as little as possible. Here is exactly what that means.
Who is responsible for your data
Redline Frame Media Ltd (Manchester, United Kingdom) is the controller for personal data processed through frameperfectguide.com. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Emails you send us. Your address and message, used only to read and answer it. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in responding to correspondence.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in running a secure website.
- Your cookie choice. Stored in your own browser so we remember it. See the cookie policy.
We have no accounts, sign-ups, comments or newsletters, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Analytics
No analytics or advertising tags are currently loaded. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, they will only run after you choose Accept on the cookie banner, and this notice will be updated first.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted unless an ongoing matter requires longer. Provider logs are kept according to their own short retention schedules.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. Hosting and email providers act as processors under contract; where they process data outside the UK, they rely on UK-approved safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and ask for data portability. Email us to exercise any right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we would appreciate the chance to help first.
